I have her up with Carp as well. But is there a reason you wanted that specific CE (as opposed to any of the other star CEs)? Do you plan on NP'ing with her?

Personally, I honestly can't remember which CE has 20 stars. But everyone knows that golden carp has it.

carp is the most widely available one
none of the ce's that give 20 stars do anything else useful so its not like it matters which one

Carp also gives you 50% NP charge which IMO makes it more useful than the other ones.

3 or 4 of them do, Carp is just better in general because starting NP gauge is better than the effects on the others. That said, I only remember some of the others being that one Summer Martha CE and Ishtar CE from a christmas and gilfest event, respectively.

NP charge skill, NP charge skill, NP per turn skill. NP charge + NP per turn buffs from NP. Done. Mana Battery-made-Servant.

Nah, he has a new card which fills all 5 card slots. NP Charge card! Gains instant 20% NP gauge per card used but doesn't deal damage and doesn't increase with any card modifiers.
