Kinnikuman author got extremely upset about Christmas 4 since all the stuff referenced (i.e. basically plagiarized like how Nasu did with Shimousa regarding Makai Tenshou) really spoiled the manga, so we'll probably never see Christmas 4 again.

There are various reasons on why they might be abandoning the CQ and having a bad schedule for the game but i can assure you, laziness is probably not of them, anyone in the game industry know that and add to that Japanese work conditions, They might have development problems, inefficient workflow etc.

Then they should just be upfront and release a declaration on what's going on with them, but Japanese Obsession with Saving Face will be Japanese Obsession with Saving Face and they won't even admit there any problems unless they literally explode on their face.

tl;dr Kinnukuman author was upset how over the past year quite a bit of the manga was being posted on twitter and other sites in a blatantly spoiler-fashion. The article makes no direct reference to Christmas 4, but given how prevalent people were of posting the Kinnukuman references in the event to the manga itself, it's not that hard to see why Christmas 4 never got a rerun.

Yeah, after LB5 Olympus, Douman was left preparing his final move on "Hell Mandala" and Nasu teased that the chapter is a sort of continuation to chapter 4, so 4.5, on a recent interview and that it's coming next before LB6, but who knows when at this scheduled, my closest guess is October like how we got Shimousa in between rerun and new Halloween event if not well........
