Really wish they had added a 4* rate-up, so I would have a better reason to roll for Okita. I already have Izou at NP5.
Btw, her NP animation upgrade is really lazy. They basically reused the old one but gave it that cinematic view that they add to pretty much all 5* so you can see their face better.
Edit: God, not even any rate-up CEs, which I was expecting since it's a Guda Guda gatcha. Yeah, big skip on this one.

Okita's Shukuchi now gives her one 20% attack buff each time she attacks (applied before the attack, 1 turn for both this effect and the buffs it creates).
Hijikata's Disengane is replaced with Rough Travels, giving him Guts (1 time, 3 turns, can have multiple Guts at the same time).

Well, they added some effects to her steps and the timing became a bit better, but I personally can't blame them for laziness when there really isn't a lot to add.
Okita is the most normal servant with the sword, where even Lancelot has some crazy Arondight stuff or Yagua with his Iado. I need to see her attack animation to actually judge their efforts.

Okita's buff is okay, but honestly doesn't give that much improvement unless the attack increase is huge, and the clock buff lasting one turn honestly sucks, they should have made it last three turns.
Hijikata's buff definitely improves a big issue he had, which was having skills and NP that make him do more damage the lower his health is, but having no way to make sure he didn't die in the process of preparing the nuke without losing damage output. Equipping a Guts CE was an option of course, but Guts CE means you can't equip other CEs like BHG for example. That still doesn't fix the part in which after bringing the big damage he becomes useless and pretty much dies the next turn (and with multiple health bars that big damage is wasted a lot of times), but hey, Guts is definitely something he needed with his gameplay in mind.
Btw, for what I'm seeing there's Nobu enemies in the Hunting quest, and with the current gatcha chances are we may get a new Guda Guda event.

Okita's Animation Update Review:
So, as I expected nothing to flashy.
Additional frames were added, some attack now leave sakura petals, a lot of attack now have Invisible Air-esque effect, her extra attack now is combo that finished with air beam. Visibility of individual strikes is now higher.
Skills animation now have a common aura effect.
Her NP now have better timing, some effects were added to her steps and a close-in frame.
On a scale between Karna's update and Jeanne's, Okita's update receive a rating of Spartacus.

Also, isn't the new skill animation pose taken directly from her Assassin swimsuit version?
Hunting quests on the back of a lotto event has got to be one of the biggest head scratchers I think they've pulled in a good while.
And Okita gets a gacha but they decoupled Poster Girl from her lol
I think it is a reference from Redline manga, when she used that against Nobu
3t with Jeanne Archer, Billy, and double Saber Caster while having full bond point CEs.
Could probably think of a better setup but have work soon and I know this solves the refund issue for now.
