It's basic but damn effective. Kintoki at least carves out a niche for himself in a lot of 1 turn/raid content as well as in the scuffed farming nodes era which we currently live in. It's better to be Kintoki and have 2 straightforward skills which immediately return value than to be Qin Liangyu and be "interesting" but useless.

So, what I'm reading into is that you're calling Kintoki a "basic bitch ass with a slightly-special-but-not-really NP". Am I right? Well, seems like he needs more upgrades, then.

Let's be real here. If Charisma, the most basic bitch skill can get it's numerous upgrade variants for simply being "basic bitch skill" then clearly Kintoki needs a upgrades for all his skills.

EDIT: Like, you know what would be cool? If Kintoki's 1st skill also gave him a one-use, three turn timer that allows him to get 50% NP charge when he uses his NP. Isn't that amazing? He's now actually capable of doing long-term sustained damage or short term burst damage. Whilst it's still great to save for his NP turn, you don't need to if you're gonna go ham with triple Buster and need the edge to push your damage through to initiate next phase. Stuff like that can change how you play him and what your maximum damage potential can be.

I'd say impossible, rather than unlikely. Not to mention there's little to no foreshadowing for them being the same person.

If Shuten appears then the most likely class will be Berserker, but I'm not sure if she will even appear. There's some people claiming that Saber Raikou will appear in this event too, something about a datamine which I always doubt.

If anyone is getting a new alt, it's probably Kintoki, considering the event's character subtitle (Thunder and Flash) is part of the blurb in his gacha banners. But thinking more optimistically, Thunder and Flash should mean we're getting Michizane instead.

Yay! I wanted to NP2 Danzou so I did one 11-roll, I got one Danzou and my first Kintoki at at the end.

My disappointment is immeasurable and my videogame is ruined. These guys could be lvl 65 and the result would be the same, it'd just take 80 turns. Dude just doesn't do damage.

Yeah I didn't actually find most of Olympus difficult. Pretty much just Demeter and I think one of the early fights against Europa's NP? I forget what that thing is called. Olympus felt more annoying than hard because I insisted on yeeting out Mashu at every opportunity and then suiciding Chen Gong before really playing.
