Ascension probably doesn't matter. Given DW's track records, they'd prefer to use whatever their promo art is. If it's 2nd ascension, it'll be 2nd ascension throughout, even if it's not the starting art.

Just because Takeuchi draws the pose near identical does not make all his Servants he draw the exact same character. And again, you've not answered the problem with "why would they have the silhouette of a teaser be something other than said silhouette on announcement?". If anything, it's something they'd keep in so people can go "ah, this is X Servant from the group silhouette announced at the start of this year".

And the final clencher here: Similar is not exact same. Go silhouette any one Servant promo art, filter between every Servant promo art, find the similar-but-not-exact ones and tell me it's the exact same Servant.

I'm sure Caren will have some gameplay element that will make her really good or broken, since it's the fate of all pseudo-Servants that aren't free, but I won't be rolling in her gatcha except for maybe tickets. Good luck in advance to those aiming for her.

Edit: Btw, one thing I haven't seen anybody mention is that there will be a special chocolate for both giving and receiving that will grant the Servant who gets it +50% Damage Up and +30% Bond EXP up for the whole event. Seems like there's one of each only.

Why would I answer what I don't have the answer to? The answer only belongs to the DW, I'm just pointing out that there's more in favour of it being the same character in a different ascension than there is to think it's an entirely new person

The heart on top of the head resembles the ones Caren has in her NP on her head, and the leg pose is similar. Honestly, I'm expecting that to be one of her Ascension forms, not the one we have right now.

I'm gonna tap out here. If I'm wrong or right, we'll see when the Servant is released. I feel like it's more questionable to have a silhouette that doesn't correspond to the Servant being revealed. If you guys strongly believe in "this looks similar so it must be the same", then go ahead.
