And some quick numbers (from 4chan, so take it with a grain of salt):
Archer Ana
S1--Self arts up (20-30%, 3 turns) and NP charge (30-50%)
S2- Self invincible (1 turn), buff removal resistance up (50-100%, 1 turn) and gain crit stars (10-20)
S3- Self Sure hit (3 turns), arts star weight up (300-500%), crit dmg up (20-30%) and NP dmg up (10-20%)
NP- Arts resistance down on one enemy (20-40%), then ST arts damage and Skill Seal (1 turn)
Caster Charlotte
S1- Self arts up (20-30%), confusion to all enemies (30% chance) for 3 turns, and party evade (1 time, 1 turn)
S2- Chance to skill seal 1 enemy (50-100%), stars per turn on self (5-10/turn) for 3 turns, party NP dmg up by 20%
