You already had to use her first skill first to proc her second skill.
I'm so happy about this upgrade she got, the Buster Up with her Attack Up (and the anti-trait buff if it applies) and thanks to Nobukatsu too makes her do some beautiful high numbers with her normal cards with very little effort.

If they don't do any breaks we have 10 days for rerun, 14 for christmas 2021, and we'd still have a few days left for 6.5 to still be in december.
Koyanskaya's event starting on December 26th would be pretty neat considering it's the 4th anniversary of her debut.
Tbh, with the release of Babylon in Arcade coming soon, I've been wondering if 6.5 will be Koya or Mobile Beast VI's chapter. Specially since Nasu said the big bad of Arcade will finally debut in that chapter and then the halloween tease. Personally I think I'm fine with either but which are people expecting more?

Beast VI's debut in mobile still needs some build-ups and hints beside the latest Halloween Event to make people excited. And also, that is their chance to release Arcade-exclusive Servants in mobile to represent that VI's plot begins to matter in mobile as well.
