I do miss the time where people would post very actively post in the forum. The memories were pretty fond for me.

I think that's only natural. Forums get active when certain big moments worth discussing happen, like the release of new games, update for events, new stories, etc., then it tends to get multiple posts in the span of minutes, then things start winding down as time goes by, and unless there's another big thing coming, it'll pause until then.
I literally asked the mods to disable my account for an entire year after getting too burnt out and toxic (plus around that time I was getting a job change), stay away from TM discussions. I still logged in and play FGO at the time but not even close to the same amount of dedication I had before, skipped some events, and the burn out is still with me right now where I skip most of event dialogues if it is mostly just gags or gossip that goes on for too long. I came back cuz covid lockdown in my country forced me to work at home and I had other games to divert my attention to, so FGO no longer bother me as much.
As for the forums, I always preferred the format vs reddit or discord due to the ease of reading and more organized in contents. I only use discord for smaller group discussions or private messages, and reddit is more and more of a meme site as time goes on which drives me away from posting there as well.
Yeah, I can totally relate to your feeling of lingering burnout. I can say for sure that I'm still feeling a bit of burnout even now. In the same light, I most likely won't put as much as dedication as I used to on the game. and go towards a more casual playstyle. Like if the event is bad and tedious I'll most likely skip it, looking at you Lostroom rerun.

Teased is kind of an odd word for it, while it wasn't the first time we'd seen it and ReDrop themselves making it gave it more weight than other recursive genderbend fanarts, it's basically just in the same vein as the four armed monster Douman Furumi drew as well as other "official fanarts", most didn't expect it, or Minilumbus before them, to actually enter the game even if they're accompanied with "BTW, you're never actually going to get this servant" as a tagline
They are? Maybe it's because the forum I'm usually on is extremely active but I've never noticed.
Maybe the forums you're all talking about having declining activity are old and thus naturally reaching the end of their lifespan. The again, if there aren't new forums to replace the old, then I guess forums are dying.
Reddit's upvote/downvote system is toxic to discussion. Discord is too... causal? It's good for hanging out with friends or discussion within a handful of people but bad for discussion when the community has more members than a monkey sphere.
Or Ooku main interlude!
It's also easier to comment and add stuff, which drives more people into discord than not. Unlike forums where they're either up-to-date with the features or sorely lacking. Honestly, I still think discord does what forums does but with less restrictions. You don't need to sign into multiple forum accounts for your different forums and you don't need to know your [Spoiler] or [S] to do some stuff since it's easier to shorten and manage by replacing it with a single keystroke like | and * and so on. The only problem is sorting and easy reading of information but you can easily open multiple channels and have mods restrict certain information flow into said channels only, not to mention the ability to pin messages and so on.
EDIT: Oh, and like I said before, you can more easily shitpost and trashtalk in discord. Everyone loves to shitpost and trashtalk, right?

Witness The Power Of The... Suicide Squad?
In that case, hinted? Foreshadowed? I think the foundation had been laid out back then, and it's up to the staff when they're going to implement those for real. That is, if they feel like it. Some ideas may just end up as what-ifs.

Well, Waltz collab hasn't gotten a rerun yet.
As for Ooku, I low-key enjoy the event as a whole. Getting many mats just by progressing feels great, personally. Though I understand JP players' hatred for the event due to atrocious loading process, which wasn't an issue in NA. Can't wait for the rerun so that my NP3 Schez can get a battery.
I'm still not sure those are the right words for it but that's not important in the end.
As for Ooku, I was mostly infuriated by the fact that I couldn't run and then leave on natural AP because of all the 1AP nodes that would replenish before I could finish up. So basically I felt trapped lol
There's a lot of characters to remember.
Please understand.
Nah it's gonna be Avalon le Summer with Morgan=Vivian, the Knights and Artoria Caster (Alter Ego), and a Muramasa costume.
A new FGO NP table

I think it's still too early for LB6 cast to get summer variants.
