Hakkenden? As in Eight Dog Warriors? I only know about that from an anime and PS2 Okami. So.. Fusehime Servant?
Btw, all Archer Servants get bonus for this event. We will probably get those two remaining Servants in LB6.5.
The title is a remix of the name of Bakins novel Nanso Satomi Hakkenden and he has another novel about Tametomo, Chinzei Yumiharizuki. He was also mentioned in Hokusai summers profile alongside Tametomo.

The event page already tells you that she becomes Barghest after you ascend her once, and after one year I'm pretty sure they don't care about spoiling it.

Nope, it's Nansō Satomi Hakkenden a Japanese epic nove which is heavily inspired by Chinese vernacular fiction, especially Water Margin. So unless TM decides to make a parody and introduce actual characters from Water Margin, it will be straightly a local event, maybe including the 2.3 crew since you need to finish it to participate in the event

I'm really not looking forward to Summer rerun tbh, I would rather get another event or rerun, but I'm pretty sure that's not going to happen.
they are 100% putting Summer rerun after this event.

Xu Fu JP fans are really excited about the possibility of her implementation since he apparently appears in Chinzei Yumiharizuki.
