5.5 is atrociously bad, I've said it once and I'll say it again, but more importantly Tunguska as part of the "main story" is only its prologue and epilogue. If you wanted to play (and read) the actual event in between those two you'd need to buy it from the RP shop and do that, but it's not required to progress to 6.5

I still think it's a good thing to have all of the supports including the "lesser" ones. Like in the Bakin event I used a Skadi team to farm the Scheherazade node and it was completely fine. I like to mix up my teams

Better to call Tunguska 6.4, because LB6 was already split into 3 parts (aka 6.1, 6.2, 6.3), and Tunguska was a direct continuation from it rather than just "between 6 and 7" like Traum was.
For Tsunguska you don't need to do the bosses, just watch the prologue and epilogue, but you have the option if you get the chapter from the Rare Prism shop for free. Btw, there's CCC and the Ooku chapter available for free in that shop, I believe you should have access to them for free, if not you need to advance further in your chapter clearing.
LB5 has two parts. After you fully clear LB5, you'll have access to LB5.5.
For LB6.4 aka Tsunguska, you need to clear LB6, then after clearing LB6.4 you will get access to LB6.5.
Again, go at your own pace, if not you'll be overwhelmed.
Nautilus is 4.5 (because it takes place before atlantis)
Atlantis is 5.1
Olympus is 5.2
Heian is 5.5
Tunguska is "6.4"
Traum is 6.5
That's where we're at right now.
5.1 is Atlantis, 5.2 is Olympus, Heian is mandatory and 5.5. Nautilus is event, hasn't got a rerun or Main Interlude yet and is 4.5. I'd say skip it and just read it when it gets the rerun.
4.5 (Nautilus) is also a .5 chapter almost solely by virtue of taking place chronologically between India and Atlantis, rather than having some major story purpose, like wrapping up a character arc.
You don't have to do Nautilus btw castor. It was an event only chapter, it's no longer available. But seeing as how Ooku and CCC can be played by anybody nowadays because they're free in the Rare Prism shop, expect it to be added in the future.
4.5 just sort of fills a "gap" in the timeline, and in regards to the main story it has characterization for Nemo, but otherwise yeah it doesn't relate much to the main plot whatsoever.
Only 6.5 relates more to the main story as 5.5 is there to finish Douman's story.

More seriously, most people will find Hikari better, but Yami is pretty solid because double Yami gives Buster a huge range of options to consider 3t clears with full CE bonus.
Melusine's NP changes based on her in-battle ascension sprite. Her third skill will forcibly change her into her third ascension if she isn't in that form already, and has a different effect depending on if used in her first/second ascension or third ascension (forced change vs NP Damage Up, everything else the same).
Sadly, they still haven't solved the problem that is getting her into the red dragon form from first/second ascension since that's a costume.
Not required for anything but they can help your favorites do some cool things or deal with challenges better
