I'm not sure why the wiki says the IK can still happen even if the Servant isn't affected by this skill, it would say Miss if that was possible but failed instead of No Effect (complete immunity or conditions haven't been fulfilled to have the effect work).

The new Assassin wasn't named yet, we only have the provisory title of "Assassin of the Mount Liang Lodgings". The Mount Liang lodgings are the place where the 108 outlaw heroes from The Water Margin gathered.
We also know that this Assassin is not Yan Qing, which narrows our options down to 107.

So we finally know the Servant on the right of the two temaining Servants to be revealed, only remaining one is the Servant on the left.
If gatcha ends up being New Assassin + Don Quijote + Zenobia then I'm definitely rolling. Though I'm basically expecting the 4* gatcha to have too many Servants on rate-up unfortunately.
