EDIT: I'd also count Caren as being strong but I never tested her with Ruler Skadis. Admittedly, she did get an NP upgrade so that obviously would make her stronger than her launch version.

Post-buff Caren is Quick's best looper and competitive with Arts options.
Bride used to be one of the best loop supports in the game.
MHXA is still one of the best ST DPS in the game.
Bazett with investment can min -1 turn content.

I expect her to be supportive but am not hopeful. Arts keeps getting semi-support it doesn't need (e.g. Tezca's party charge spam, Purin's slowplay support+S.Ibuki's team NP gain) and the last Ruler was Quick support, and the last Vday Ruler was Quick AoE. So seems unlikely she'd be green team.
Buster or Arts AoE Ruler or card specific semi-supports for them seem pretty redundant, I feel like a generic support might be her best calling

Quick's thing is being able to run double 50% charge with top end type boost supports even when you're locked from using a support.
I'll vote for Kara no Kyoukai, also gives Shiki coins, but mostly cause KnK is great.
Pope Joan giving +50% NP Charge, Attack, NP Gen Up and Crit Damage Up (3 turns) but for Catholics only

Doubt she'll be a support even though she has all the makings of one.
She kills all the enemies before they hit allies, thus she is "Invicibility" support.
