I've mentioned it in some other places but this app has some most likely official romanizations of future servants before we've seen them in NA.
Notable ones are:

NA translation team, please give a middle finger to the Tam Lin translation and use Fairy Knight. Resist them!
Btw, the minigame is not bad, but the War one is still my favorite. It stays until Sunday, really wish they made them all available in some way.

I think what bothers me the most about it is the fact that Tam Lin's story revolves around him being a human made to work as one of the Elven Knights. It doesn't feel like it fits at all for the three girls thematically. Whereas you have the heroic "Fayrie Knight" from the Arthurian Romance "Tom a Lincoln" sitting right there being Arthur's grandson and whatnot but who cares about that.

It's just weird because Tam Lin was an individual person, not a title. It's like calling them all Gawains.
Gawain Gawain, Gawain Tristan, and Gawain Lancelot.
Not to be confused with Human Gawain.
Then I guess my only option is for somebody to release some kind of unofficial patch for the NA version that changes all Tam Lin mentions to Fairy Knight or similar.

You will enjoy Tam Lins, "Faerie", Ash the Savior, Me Aan Sel, The Abyssal Bug and Altria Caster's Anti-Enforcement Defense and you'll like it.
At least they should have "Moss" instead of "Mors" because they have the clairvoyance of Nasu's LB6 Proto book.

Should've translated it as anti ragnarok, anti persecution defenses, smh.
At least they translated it at all this time. Reminder that in Heian NA opted to just ignore it all together when Douman talks about it!
