Nightingale's SQ is a snooze. The effects are alright but it doesn't really propel her that much. 20 stars and 30% Buster Crit Damage Up added to her S3. The latter effect is the biggest sadge moment since it's clearly gimped to not compete with Koyanskaya of Light. The former means that, unless the Servant themselves have Star Attraction or generates a decent amount of stars themselves, you're likely only gonna see the crit happen on the turn you pop the skill.

Nightingale's strengthening numbers are nothing crazy, but I like the concept. Buster crit support berserker is not a terrible idea considering your other servants will definitely get those stars unless they too are in a low star weight class. She does need more to have a better consolidated role though. The 1st and 2nd should be strengthened to synergize with it better, like manafusion said, star bomb means her crit buff might only be useful for 1 turn so there's something that can do with stars.

Nightingale's strengthening numbers are nothing crazy, but I like the concept. Buster crit support berserker is not a terrible idea considering your other servants will definitely get those stars unless they too are in a low star weight class. She does need more to have a better consolidated role though. The 1st and 2nd should be strengthened to synergize with it better, like manafusion said, star bomb means her crit buff might only be useful for 1 turn so there's something that can do with stars.

Honestly, her support kit is Buster damage, heal and debuff denial. Which is a really low amount of supporting effects. The rest of her support effects are loaded on the NP (NP Damage Down, Atk Down, more heals and debuff removal) and are primarily used during NP turns, which makes it even harder to pull her out to use as a support since you're expecting her to survive for X turns until the target NPs while having 100% NP gauge which means she needs Kscope. Even then, the enemy has 25% (or less) damage still going through so it has to be an AoE NP otherwise one of your frontline will die regardless. Hence why I didn't like her 30% Buster Crit Damage Up. The value is decent on paper but it's on a support with very little actual support potential so having it be something like 100% for 3T wouldn't be a bad amount. In fact, it'd give her a niche as a Buster Crit support for Servants with ways to generate stars but still a step behind Koyanskaya of Light or even Summer Skadi in terms of sheer value you could get from them and how much better they work on other Buster Servants.

But if I was gonna make a Hakunon Servant, would have them be like Nobukatsu - strong support but to a select few servants, in this case Nero/Tamamo/Emiya/Gil. Maybe Liz too since she was technically their servant for a little bit. Also passive skill that gives those servants and the moon Sakuras charm resistance up.

Include the fact that she is still a Berserker, so good luck having her support your party reliably without dying in the process. She was fundamentally flawed the moment they created her as a full support Servant in a glass cannon class, it just doesn't work. As long as that Berserker weakness exists, she will always underperform because she will die sooner than most supports, which is why so many people want her second skill to be something similar to remove defensive class disadvantage, so at least she has a way to last longer (and make it targettable so all her skills can support the party).

Like seriously, apart from the mediocre damage values they didn't even give her star absorb on Buster cards, so she cannot even support her own class... I honestly think they gave her those buffs because they expect people to have her with the taunt CE, essentially turning her into a star bomb CE LOL.

I don't mind her dying quickly. As a support, rotating her off ASAP can be nice depending on the application. And given that her support skills are mostly targeted, it works. It's not the same level of insta-death as esports versions of Servants but it works nonetheless. The problem lies when the power budget clearly is split between her NP and her skills. She becomes this "only swap in during NP turn" support that's meant to give some reprieve against AoE NPs and nothing more, if you wanna maximise her support potential.

Yeah, her not getting Star Attraction is sad because it means it's less impactful on her by her own self. Not that it's entirely bad given that she does have a singular 6-hit Quick so that's about 38 stars by herself potentially on the turn you need the crit. It also means that she herself won't fully benefit from the Crit Damage Up without double Koyanskaya of Light to support her. Though, you can see how her setup is now. She's less impactful as a Buster Crit support than other 5*s (who admittedly are limited) but she does it alright in the scope of "permanent Buster support", I guess. She's less impactful as a Buster DPS unless you double-Koyan her.

IDK if is true or not but what I heard is that the poison that Agrippina/Locusta administered to her was made of the bits of seven dragons all smooshed together, and the dragons are what the Incarnidines are.

No, because the Class itself doesn't have innate affinity, it's the passive ability they have that give it instead. So Draco has affinity towards all standard classes, which is easy enough to remember without a chart.
