It's a filler arc about Chaldea solving issues that keep them from entering Antarctica. Their Human Order Foundation had hit rock bottom due to keep using non-standard Servant Classes. To correct it, they need to make a call by broadcasting some signal so that they'll receive hint to solve it in the form incidents occuring around them. In first OC, the Paper Moon device starts to acting up.

Remember in Yugioh Duel Monster where right before the Battle City Finals we got interrupted by a filler arc about the Kaiba family in a virtual world? That's what Ordeal Call is.

I doubt it. FGO’s NA player base is pretty decent, and will only get bigger when China [REDACTED] and terminates the localizations of their games

By the time LB 7 comes out in NA, we'll probably have just barely finished OC 4. I highly doubt they'll kill the NA server before JP at least finishes Part 2.

Maybe when JP finishes the story, NA will just rush through everything else. There are certainly plenty of dead weeks now that can be cut out.
