We got confirmation on who wrote the Bakin event? As for CinderlLiz, admittedly I didn't think he wrote the event but I was 100% sure he made Molay (well they said the event was a group affair so he probably wrote a part of it too)

I know you're using hyperbole, but what did people wrongly attribute to Meteo besides sea monster crisis?

Well, we can start with the Requiem collab. And pretty much every time something Gaijin related pops up. There's also an entire thesis somethere here why LB7 is done by him (that was before the Nasu reveal, obviously)

I don't think LB7 really counts when that was just a guess before the chapter itself came out, even Narita had rumours and troll jobs claiming he'd write the chapter

LB7 being written by Meteo was a pretty good guess at the time all things considered. "here's who I think could write this future chapter" is different from "this chapter is probably written by so-and-so because it has these characters"

Yeah the Nutcracker may be the most famous ballet there is. Though I have to admit I've never actually seen it myself haha, I just know about it and some of the music of course.

Nah, the discussion pretty quickly went from guessing to affirming to appointing Meteo as the champion of non-mainsteam cultures. And in the end him it was not, which is my point anyway.

Debatable, I would say that in terms of recognition by the general public across the world, it is more likely that if asked to name a single ballet - "Swan Lake" would probably be the first thing they think about.

I thought we did from the event comments, but rereading it, there's actually no hint there I feel, so I must have misremembered. Molay's his yeah, but the event was a joint effort between Sakurai, Higashide, Minase, and Nasu. Here are the comments

Halloween Rising

Commenter 1) Breaking into song from how much I missed Liz. This time she’s musical and she’s Cinderella. She even got Ookubo Rumi to sing. What are you calling the incarnation of dubiousness for? She’s all made of cuteness. I was surprised by how much people liked the shabby dress she wore before her Cinderella transformation, and now I want to see if I can use it somewhere else. I felt the plot felt lacking with Molay being the mastermind and we defeat her and that’s it, so my idea for a twist was turning the protagonist into the final boss and a doll. I was already expecting everyone to draw the pumpkin-headed doll, but it was sweet to see the boss design of the female protagonist getting so much art too. She’s one of the fluffiest bosses we had.

Commenter 2) A battle fought by all main four of the writer team. Unusual, I’d say. This never happens outside of summer. The sprite for the protagonist’s boss form was excellent. Scary and cute. The fanart was great~! Cinderelliz was super cute and I look forward to seeing her again.

Commenter 3) Zenobia is a chaste woman. That’s what my books about her say. Trust me. That aside, the lordly way she walks in her Buster animation is really cool.

Eight Dog Chronicles

Only commenter) The new unit Kyokutei Bakin is one Servant containing many characters thanks to its multiple personhoods and the inclusion of 8 Dog Warriors, making them the unit with the largest pack of sprites. I can’t thank TAKOLEGS enough for accepting this job without complaint. For the event story, I thought a good way to debut Kyokutei Bakin and Chinsei Hachirou Minamoto no Tametomo would be preluding the proper Summer Event with a more casual trip to tropical islands. The princess walks her dogs through the pristine white beach… and has a romantic encounter with the gigantic and unrefined mechanical warrior… That was the kick-off idea for it, but as I put it to paper, I ended up with something far more tense and action-packed. That must be because of the passion I held for the two Servants this event is centered around. I enjoyed writing the all-star parade of Chaldea Archers. There are more groups of Archers I wanted to include… (but that would horribly inflate the script size).

True in that people don't think of Nutcracker as a ballet but they will absolutely recognise its music more than Swan Lake's.
