If you want Orion, then maybe. Otherwise, I don't find the rest of the servants to be interesting, though it really depend on your team. Might as well keep the Quartz so you can use them to get all the pieces and monuments that you can earn from the event instead.

Nasu pretty much made up his own lore regarding the 3 Gorgons lol, so far that they basically have nothing to do with the originals but the names.

There is plenty of "Nasu only" lore, but it's far from unrecognisable compared to original legend.

Why you complain? Medea is great. And Vlad? Don't worry he is useless only first 40 levels! Than he can plus minus pull his own weight! From level 60 when equiped with Formalcraft he might even slighlty better than Herc! Isn't it great?!

None of the new Servants interested me since I'm still ever searching for my One True Waifu, so I'm going to save them instead. And those 6k+ FPs too.

you get one everytime you complete a map so I think it would be 7 at the least

I think of giving the Grail to Attila and Emiya. Though if latter's final form is not a speedo I might reconsider.
