I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case, but unless someone's reported the rates on the jp F/GO wiki, I have nothing else to go on. Thought I saw someone mention a 40%/60% ratio, but can't confirm.
I suppose I could keep a table of my drops. I imagine that after a full day I should be somewhat accurate.
