EDIT: For someone who got 3 different 5* servants on 10k yen per event for the previous 3 events I spent money on, I'm supposed to not be salty when people get Tamamo-no-Mae... but I am still salty that I didn't get my Tamamo-no-Mae for the latest 10k yen I spent.

Yessss, the lancer I want will soon be available! I'll get all the lancer pieces and monuments I can from the current event in case the gacha feels generous. Hopefully he'll be a 3-star so I can finally spend all that FP that has been piling up...
Hopefully Hector is a 1* so I can stick him on the BLACK row with Arash.
from a power level stand point, if you look at Achilles strength, Hector should be 4* at least
but well I know GO doesn't care about that
So what CE is good on Tamamo? Right now I try to decide between maxed out 4* Sakura or 5* Rin, but I guess I might just try out what works best in synergy with the rest of my party
