From what I can decipher, it's:

1. Please note that Servant not mentioned above in the pickup Servant column will not be summoned
2. As for other servants and CEs in the summoning pool, click on the more details in the bottom right

Does this mean that in X particular day, the only 5* we can get is X, or is it simply saying in X particular day, the only 5* that got a rate up is X?

It probably means only Gil out of the 5 is in the gacha during the 1st day, then next day only Kin, and so on

It's a normal pickup; if you get a 5* there's a better chance that it's Gil (but on that day no chances of the other pickup ones)

Hey, that's nice. We will get a gatcha roll requiring 40 quartz that will ensure the appearance of a 5 star servant. Wonder who they will include inside.

As for the Tsukihime thing, Kinoko just mentioned that all the lore that he has though about since from Tsukihime or even earlier, since Knk are imbedded into GO, yes, no Tsukihime stuff in GO, yet. I would hate to see Shiki of all people included before Shirou(Emiya does not count).
