Mcjon is right, actually not all F2P Japanese games have been successfully cracked and put on QooApp. There are some apps that just flat out refuse to function without a proper Japanese account installation.
It depends on how the dev decides to restrict the app. QooApp approach is if it's just a region check at download and nowhere else.

I think your side issue is translate EXP's Japanese domestic joke or not. I believe EXP used this joke that Berserker is looks like Dhalsim from Street fighter series by CAPCOM. EXP is an older video gamer, maybe.
