Gears are pretty farmable in London at this point. At least for me. And how much gears we got via events anyway? Nero event had some, honnoji had 20. Did Halloween had some? I dont remember.
Took a look at Marie's skillcosts. 60 gears. wow. Yeah, events dont cover that. But its more like exception than anything. Like, any servant who needs plumes is in the same situation i think? What else? We had shitton of pages, so dunno about those. Horseshoes maybe?
Events are primary source of talons, hearts, and scales. In regards to silver mats they're not nearly as generous. But i'm sure plenty of servants could go to the point of completion at this point if one cared enough to save everything.

i use limited/over zero and i think it works pretty well. her np honestly isn't that great.
victor from the moon could be decent too. every time i pair a support okita with mordred, life seems worth living

I have a question about NP multiplications. Couldn't find the answer.
There is said that Nobu has extra damage against ALL ENEMIES who have Riding trait, but actually such trait have only Servants. Rider enemies in Chaldea Gate for example don't have it. Similar NP have Karna and Arjuna. Its said that it work on ALL ENEMIES with Devine trait. But actually only on Servants, right? But what about Tesla? In Gameplay Profiles (here) said, that Tesla NP effective vs enemies with Earth or Sky trait, but unlike previous NP, common enemies have Earth and Sky traits. So, unlike Nobu and Karna Tesla can beat common enemies, right? But in game said, that his NP have bonus again Servants with such traits. Then his NP is cut version of Gil's NP? There is no sense.

I just stick with the NP gauge CEs but then again I pretty much only use her for wave clearing
Only 20.5k base damage with 3x Attack buffs, 1x NP Power Up, and 1x Arts up.
Not bad for lvl62.

Starting NP = Kaleidoscope, Hollow Magic
Starting NP+NP Power Up = Fully ascended Halloween Princess
Buster Up = Limited Zero/Over, 4* Illya, or Launch Order (really don't like the Hakuno CE that much)

Seems to me that you're overcomplicating things. Tesla's NP only cares if the enemy has the Earth or Sky attribute, it doesn't then do even more additional damage if the enemy is a Servant. Similarly, Gilgamesh's NP only cares if the enemy has the Weak to Ea trait, which the overwhelming majority of Servants have.
well you're comparing a free 4* event servant to two 5* servants, one a time limited one and the other a story limited one
it's not that surprising that the 4* would have a weaker NP than the 5*s in this case
Why do I keep wasting materials and QP on Siegfrieds abilities when I know he'll never be useful? ;-;
I should use resources on better servants...
