By the way, what's the purpose of those blue stones?

The ones with class symbols in them I think are used to enhance like skills or Noble Phantasms or something.

The generic blue stones represent QP, and they're expended when you power-up servants.

You get them as prizes from some fights. The class ones are harder to come across, but you'll get tonnes of the QP stones, I'm on like 20k of them.

You use them in the menu, go to the icon that looks like a magic circuit and go to Servant, you can feed other cards to your servants and that will expend the QP.

Yeah, only accounts that were in existence before the maintenance started gets the 16 free Grail Stones. Any accounts created after maintenance ended won't recieve them.

I got a bunch of 3* essences from those 16 Grail Stones, so I just went ahead and rerolled =w=
