That would mean inviting the seiyuu to record a few or little lines which would be a hassle if there were any schedule conflicts.
It's doable supposedly since they did the same with Jeanne a while ago. The writers just for some reason overlooked it.
I was also expecting Mordred to have some lines for Arthur.

Is it really so hard and time consuming to upgrade a servant's np? I mean, I fail to see the purpose to put off upgrading of the servant's np especially those that have been out for some time.
