Ah, right. Wasn't the Waver CE, but Koto does have the Amakusa CE on her Ishtar Rin, so that would lead to a decent boost in Arts card NP generation.

Her NP gen is really good with crits and she has 50% NP gauge filler. That combination makes her NP gain pretty much insane. And she is built for NPbravechains with crits. She is easily on-par with Gil. Not gonna say she is better than him because i dont think she is, but she is as good as him.

She's better than Gil for general purpose. Gil is only better if you're fighting servant. Her 1st skill alone is already put Gil to shame because teamwise crit buff is really rare, and it's pack in with an offensive skill on an offensive unit

I'd actually say that Gil is better in general purpose because +Star Attraction is generally more useful than +Crit Damage unless you get extremely lucky with your stars or can generate more stars to make up for the random weight distribution factor possibly fucking you over when they are paired with Saber, Archer, Lancer or Assassin. Having a higher chance to crit is generally a better thing than having a higher damage on chance roll.

Rin's definitely more useful in a planned team, though. If you can get her to ignore the idea of star weight distribution, she's amazing.

If the video is anything to go from, heal per turn. But the values are still a blank to me. I haven't used her NP yet anyway.
