Btw, its 10 rolls with guaranteed 5* and not 40 quartz for one 5* right? Because I can totally see them do that.

That was different as DW did quite a bad job at that time and is trying to keep players. I'm not complaining though if they suddenly get generous since the Herk which I chose served me well. He is still my ace.

If it requires a 40 rolls to get a 5 stars I'd rather just go all out for Karna/Arjuna since they're the reasons I play the game anyway (well partly). Also only Tesla left that interest me out of the current 5 star roster and I don't see him on the picture
