She is a berserker for all intents and purposes, she heals a lot and has buster buff. Making her work 100% is really difficult. Essentially just treat her as you would any other Berserker.

She's really good but as with all Berserkers, she needs a tank if you want to expect her to survive longer. She's not a pure support so don't treat her as such. Instead, think of her as a DPS Berserker (self-buffed Anti-Humanoid Damage Up; Def Up 2nd skill, targeted 3-turn Buster Up 3rd skill) with elements of healing involved (targeted 1st skill, AoE NP). Mind, her Buster Up starts at 30% and ends at 50%.
