She's really good but as with all Berserkers, she needs a tank if you want to expect her to survive longer. She's not a pure support so don't treat her as such. Instead, think of her as a DPS Berserker (self-buffed Anti-Humanoid Damage Up and Def Up 2nd skill, targeted 3-turn Buster Up) with elements of healing involved (targeted 1st skill, AoE NP). Mind, her Buster Up starts at 30% and ends at 50%.

That actually easily compensates for the mediocre atk stat.

EDIT: Oh yeah, Elish. Nightingale is a 2B, 2A, 1Q with Arts NP so you can slap her in any team actually... as long as you have a taunter to protect her.

Nighty is pretty meh. Healing support isn't that viable in current meta and she is too squishy and require body guard to even function well.

Her only niche is that Buster buff that is amazing on someone like another Zerker.

Basically she's very situational

The bodyguard only needs to get you far enough so you can offload a million damage onto the enemy. It's not like you're going to fight with just those two.
