The abilities are meant to take advantage of Quick Servants. I think it's pretty generic standard but that's the same as the Saber Casual so I can't see anything wrong with that.

Well, you better return the food you have eaten for years then. And your education fee, and other necessity, clothes, water, electricity, etc. Might as well get out of their house and never return since it's not your house to begin with, right? With this, they won't steal your "money" too.

Think of it this way. All of the pseudo/demi-Servants we've seen have allowed the main body full control, thus providing reason for the VA of the main body to speak respectively. If EMIYA were to be assuming direct control over Kerry's functions, then with that assumption it stands to reason that's why he's not voiced by Koyama.

That or it's merely just an alt-classed EMIYA, which would be a lot less colorful but simpler solution.
