I'm sad that so many characters got bond CEs with effects that have nothing to do with how people actually use the character. While a bond CE shouldn't be far and away the best CE for a character, it should at least be in contention.

I hate that it takes so much time/resources to get them since I feel like it means that they'll never make any changes to the system to avoid pissing off the people who already rushed to the finish line.

Only change that really needs to be made is to either make it passive or create a second CE slot that only bond CEs can be equipped in.

I was curious about the pattern of released batches, so I took a look. The general pattern in between batches is 2 weeks except for the most recent one.
