The filters (mostly filtering for "Effect Type") were wonky on the google doc, but work fine in excel. Also didn't have the actual effects of most of the new bond CEs, so they're currently missing.

Yep, you get SSRs from single rolls. Just don't do it in succession and you'll be fine.
Single rolls are guaranteed SSRs for me, but then those are CEs.
It's better that the ticket be called a golden ticket rather than a summoning ticket.
That item being called a summoning ticket always gives me false hopes for an SSR Servant.

Clearly you should stop thinking about actual chances of getting SSRs.
10 roll or 1 roll, the only thing that gets you an SSR is good luck. Statistically it is easier to get 4/5stars out of 10rolls, but cost may dictate it is cheaper to single roll for a 5star.
In other words, just roll if you feel lucky, doesn't matter which. If you want to be a memer and roll singles, do it.

Well... I wish I had even one. And Fragments of 2013 certainly isn't a CE you should be unhappy about I think.
It can make me unhappy if I expect for a Servant and I already have a limit - broken 2030 CE. But then, CEs are my absolute limit in rolling 5*.
And yep, it's 2030 from what I can remember from that CE.

I already had three before rolling, so getting a fourth doesn't do much for me.
Yeah thats what i believed that medusa is the favorite but he said otherwise and he cant find the info anymore but there are some claims which is really weird
