This is a setup that everyone should have access to regarding Servants, as they are all either obtainable from FP gacha or event freebie SRs. Can't say the same for CEs though.

• Arash (Kaleidoscope or LB Hollow Magic, third skill whatever level to get him 100% NP gauge)
• Spartacus (Kaleidoscope or LB Hollow Magic, second skill whatever level to get him 100% gauge, third skill strengthening quest done)
• Choice of either Halloween Liz (Kaleidoscope, level 6 Mana Burst (Pumpkin)) or Babbage (Kaleidoscope, level 9 second skill, level 8 third skill, second skill strengthening quest done, NP interlude done)
• Mecha Eli-chan (Kaleidoscope, level 1 third skill)
• support Merlin (10/x/10)
• Plugsuit (will use 10 for reference)

Wave 1 = Arash NP

• [(5816+500) * 12 * 1.5 * (1) * 0.95 * 1 * 1.1 * 0.9 * 0.23] = 24592 minimum damage to each target

Wave 2 = Spartacus

• [(5073+500+1000) * 6 * 1.5 * (1+.12+.2) * 1.1 * 1.5 * 0.9 * 0.9 * 0.23] = 24003/25822/27640 minimum damage (level 1/6/10 third skill).
• Requires additional hits to finish off the 38k HP ghoul, but not too difficult to accomplish in one turn

Wave 3 = Plugsuit swap Spartacus for support Merlin, buff everyone up, Hero Maker on Mecha Eli-chan, Mecha Eli-chan NP -> Halloween Liz or Babbage NP

• Mecha Eli-chan NP = [(9997+500+1000) * 10 * 1.5 * (1+.5) * 1 * 1.5 * 0.9 * 0.9 * 0.23 * (1+.2+.3) * (1+.4)] = 151806 minimum damage to boss
• Halloween Liz NP = [(8616+500+1000) * 5 * 1.5 * (1+.35) * 0.9 * 2 * 0.9 * 0.9 * 0.23 * (1+.2+.3+.2)] = 51520/58389 minimum damage to mook/boss
• Babbage NP = [(5996+500+1000) * 6 * 1.5 * (1) * 0.9 * 2 * 0.9 * 0.9 * 0.23 * (1+.2+.3+.36+.2) * (1+.22)] = 51336/56857 minimum damage to mook/boss

The main problem with this setup is that, at minimum, you need two LB Hollow Magic and two Kaleidoscopes. You could use Waver instead of Merlin and give Mecha Eli-chan a level 20 max LB Aerial Drive instead, which would change damage as follows.

Wave 3 = Plugsuit swap Spartacus for support Waver, buff everyone up, Mecha Eli-chan NP -> Halloween Liz or Babbage NP

• Mecha Eli-chan NP = [(9997+786+1000) * 10 * 1.5 * (1+.1) * 1 * 1.5 * 0.9 * 0.9 * 0.23 * (1+.3+.3) * (1+.4+.1)+500] = 130893 minimum damage to boss
• Halloween Liz NP = [(8616+500+1000) * 5 * 1.5 * (1+.35) * 0.9 * 2 * 0.9 * 0.9 * 0.23 * (1+.3+.3+.2)+500] = 55455/62324 minimum damage to mook/boss
• Babbage NP = [(5996+500+1000) * 6 * 1.5 * (1) * 0.9 * 2 * 0.9 * 0.9 * 0.23 * (1+.3+.3+.36+.2) * (1+.22)+500] = 54597/56560 minimum damage to mook/boss

Edit: If you use Waver, Babbage only needs level 6 second skill and level 4 third skill to guarantee both mooks in wave 3 die.

Nero NP damages at NP5 is so satisfying with Formalcraft CE.

Formalcraft doesn't boost Nero (Caster)'s NP damage.

The one in Kromy's picture would do 73321 damage to a neutral class and attribute enemy, on average.

The best you could get for a single round of buffing would be 100 Arash using a 100 BG, 2000 Four Attack, 2x Merlin, 1x Waver, a level 10 plugsuit, and Arash going third in a NP chain for the following per target, assuming average damage against a neutral attribute and class.

Why plugsuit and not anniversary blond or 2004 ?

Because plugsuit nets you better buffs.

Anniversary Blond + 1x Merlin + 1x Waver = +110% Buster Up and +50% Attack Up (+80% with Waver NP1)

Plugsuit + 2x Merlin + 1x Waver = +100% Buster Up and +100% Attack Up (+130% with Waver NP1)

Already did Waver's NP, good point on the Ox King CE. Adding one max LB Ox King CE increases the damage to 627696 average damage to each target, assuming neutral class and attribute.

Can only add one Ox King CE and still make sure you can do a NP chain like that. If you forgo the NP chain for more Ox King CEs, you'd get 536534.

What about with Homurahara? The 50% NP damage up might make a bigger difference. 50% Buster up and 50% NP power up is 1/8 more powerful than 100% Buster up. And with other attack buffs in play the attack buff from Merlin might not be enough to bridge that gap.

Btw, how are you counting the overcharge on Arash's NP? Doesn't it only work based off his own attack stat and not any buffs he has on him? Or did you take that into account?

That one doesn't give Buster Up. It gives crit star absorption to Buster Cards.

I always forget exactly how his overcharge works. I figured it was like Anne & Mary's where it was just added to the NP modifier. If that's not the case, then you'd want 2x max LB Ox King CEs and a Kaleidoscope or something on Waver for max NP damage.
