So apparently next story node is timelocked and will open tomorrow at 10AM JP. So you have an additional day to get all wood guys, no need to rush.
So far, only the Musasshi quest is tough. Guda Guda is irritating, and the others are plain old fun.

Can confirm that there's no snapshot here. I completed one of the quests after 10AM JP and I still got all the points including the ones from that quest when 10AM local time reached.
There's no much point on bringing any of the 4* Servants with event bonuses except Mashu, unless you want to level up their bond faster. If you bring a Servant that has advantage over the enemies in the node, those Servants will increase the wood you get from that node, making it easier to just farm those nodes if you can't 3-turn.
Benienma though is worth bringing if you have her as she gives +2 wood of any kind, and Mashu because of her low cost and because it gives extra bond to all Servants.

Yeah I heard a lot of Servants I don’t have are good for this fight
Anastasia supporting us by angrily throwing rocks at enemies to bring them to 1 HP should often be used as a mechanic whenever.
I think I remember that despite it being a bad idea because of his anti divinity damage thing, my Euryale still gave him quite the hurting.
Maybe continuous CS NP bombing him is an option (unless he removes buffs as a skill or on HP bar breaks?). Mm, can't recall if I used one as a finisher cuz' he annoyed me.
I just paid quartz to roll the guaranteed gacha for the first time and got Ivan. Is he good? I never really used him so i dunno.

Threw 60 Quartz and 9 tickets at Sigurd
Both 10-rolls were 9 silver + 1 non-event SR CE
Only the last ticket yielded a golden CE
Out of those 29 rolls (which probably amount to 45 together with the random tickets I threw at Benienma and Cleo) I got 3 R CEs and 1 SSR
