Beni > Musashi > Hokusai > Indian Bros.

Indian bros aren't appealing enough to warrant rolling for them. Have to be dandy or badass-looking and neither fit the bill.

As for the three, they're really closer than you'd think. Beni edges out because kyute verbal ticks and Hell's Kitchen references whilst Musashi gets to where she is because of the amount of story we got for her to make her a bit more compelling as a character.

EDIT: If we're talking on-arrival roll temptation, then it'll probably still be the same as above but because Beni is drawn by the artist of Disgaea and Musashi was cool. Hokusai was because she was interesting, but mostly because Foreigner class. What Indian bros?

I've gotten all NY Servants at the time of their gacha so they're all good

I think it was Karna / Arjuna > Hokusai / Benienma > Musashi i guess

Musashi was honestly just a dick roll. I saw Koyama art, big tits, nice thigh and just went fuck it. Luckily i got her in 30 Quartz. Benienma was just a random 5 tickets cause i was bored, but i ended up liking her a lot more cause of this event

Maybe Hokusai>others a slight bit? Her animation is really nice and i wouldn't mind having a foreigner.

I liked the Indian bros at the time and rolled and got Arjuna so that was nice. Karna still eludes me. And hey, they'll probably get some story focus in LB4!

For Beni, I like her lore and her animations, I'm just not a big fan of loli types and I have lots of Sabers at this point.

Hokusai was the coolest to me with her artful animations and Foreigner class (tho she failed to come to me until this year lol).

I've been liking Musashi in the story but at her release I was still hurting from failing to get Merlin

Musashi at release had me raging and swearing God's forbidden words at TM and Aniplex and whoever it is that took part in genderbending Musashi. People here should already know how pissed I was.

So yeah technically Musashi was at rock bottom considering I was instant rage rolling at the time.

We got Old Man Musashi so its good now.

I'll need to think back which Servants got genderbent to gauge my rage meter properly. But Musashi's by far the most plain visible.

Artoria got Arthur who has perfecto voice so she's whatever.

Nobu got the pass because she embodied my favorite girl type perfectly.

Okita is actually cute.

Now that you mention it, yeah it did bug me that Musashi got genderbent but at least they put in Old Musashi. Though her design is great tbh

The Lostbelts have been good so far at not introducing random genderbends at least.

Hmm I think I'm okay with most of the gender bends on an individual basis, though Raikou makes me roll my eyes at how impossible it would be to pass for a guy. At least Artoria is in early/mid pubescence and therefore can look plausibly androgynous with the right clothing even if she's way too pretty for me to really believe she could pass for a guy.

Altera is an okay character but she's a really bad Attila so I guess I disapprove of the gender bend?

Fran used to really bug me but she's actually one of my favorites now so whatever.

I don't like Jack but that's because she's a naked loli, not because she's a girl.

Pinnacle of the "heroes different from our timeline" one though is Yu Miaoyi.

What's your New Year limited release servant ranking now in terms of what tempted you most?
Hokusai > Karna & Arjuna > Musashi > Benienma for me I think.

NY Servant rankings? Hmm...for me it was probably: Hokusai > Benienma > Musashi > Karna & Arjuna.

I really liked Hokusai's design, and as soon as I saw her art and ascensions, I insta-rolled, despite having just come off the draining Salem and Christmas banners.

Benienma is adorable, I like that, and her art reminds me more of Disgaea than Wu does.

Musashi was nice, but wasn't really all that amazed or in a hurry to get her. Hell, I didn't even know who she was until after rolling her and asking on Twitter (I wasn't awake during announcement).

And I don't care about Karna and Arjuna; don't think I even rolled at all back then.

As for genderbends...eh, I don't mind genderbends. If they have an explanation for it, that's great, but if they don't beyond the "history got it wrong" lip service, it doesn't bother me either. It's already like a convention of the franchise to me at this point. I take more issue with designs or art (like Jack or Raikou) than the fact they're genderbent.

None of the NY servants interest me, blah blah genderbends are dumb, I only rolled for Musashi for gameplay reasons. Same for Hokusai (fuck all Berserker nodes).

As you can probably guess, I'm not a fan of genderbend Musashi. I really hope we get old man Musashi instead of this one in the future.
