I would have preferred an NP upgrade over some of these buffs tbh. Saber Liz got the worst one, even if they reduced the cost to 50% it's still RNG so 99% of the cases you would rather use her NP. The only time I've ever used this skill is in the Ishtar Fest in that DQ parody CQ, and that was only because I had 200% NP gauge thanks to the mechanics of that fight.

Btw, Caster Liz NP charge is 20-30%, before you ask.
We almost never get welfare NP upgrades. I think Shiki has been the only exception until now.

One can still hope. I though the same for summer Servants and they eventually got one.
Btw, summary of what I think of the changes:
- Saber: shit
- Lancer: AoE is nice, skill seal can be good or bad, only one buff removed is nothing when enemies usually have tons of buffs in CQs. Overall nothing special, but hey now she truly makes females have 60% attack up to all enemies instead of only one and the rest 40%.
- Caster: NP charge is always good, even if boring. The burn increase is nothing special. Not sure why they didn't increase the stars this skill generates, no reason not to.
- Alter Ego: the best one IMO, it helps her have a much easier time criting since she produces 25 stars at max level, combining really well with her crit up skill. Kinda wish they had removed her demerit, but oh well, a good one.

Caster Eliza gotten. Not a fan of the “get her 2nd+ copy in this month’s Halloween event shop” though. Even if I she doesn’t require much extra farming, it’s still farming I could go without.

That leaves with these 5 "fairy godmother" candidates:
- Yumina or Alice: Viable and fitting with the fairy-tale/witch theme, but not foreshadowed as a FGO character before.
- Zelretch: Too male.
- Justeaze: Too much overlap with an already existing Servant (Irisveil).
- 4: Too unknown.
- Aoko: Hinted at in Musashi's and Fujino's materials.
We could also be getting an entirely new character too, but hey, if the next Halloween event ends up being a Mahoyo collab in disguise I will be happy, that's for sure.
Is Justeaze really that much of an overlap? If the theme is fairy godmother they lean on that instead of the dress of heaven stuff.
I think it'll be a new character though.

No, it's not. I'm pretty sure it's just for the Lizards. My Miyu didn't have her SQ discounted.
