That's still not 100% Def Down. It's 70% Def Down and 30% Buster Resistance Down.
To put it into perspective: If a boss has 170% Def Up, these debuff will still not allow you to do damage to the boss. Because Buster Resistance Down is similar to Buster Up for damage amplification purposes. Unless I'm mistaken here, ofc. But then you'd need to bring out the whole formula to point at where it calculates "Card Resistance Down" as "Def Down" instead.

30% buster resistance down = 30% def down for buster cards. If i remember correctly this is how it works, right?
And where on the formula did you get this information from? Or was it hearsay? Maybe you have a video proof of it with big enough numbers to remove the damage variance from affecting it in "one-time" test runs?
Sorry, I'm being extremely skeptical here but I've always known Buster Resistance Down as "Buster Up" since it has always worked that way from the amount of time I've used it. I mean, it's probably easier to ask someone to test it against Siegfried in NA and see if "80% Atk Up + 30% Buster Resistance Down" can allow someone to do damage to him.

Oh no, i'm not arguing against that, i really only use her as a debuffer.

Yeah, i was assuming that Defense Down worked in the same way you said Buster Resistance Down works, as an equivalent for damage up, the difference being that Buster Resistance Down only work for buster cards, sorry if i said any misinfo.

What's the difference between Powermods and NP damage special mod?
But when you specifically say "100% Def Down" that's where the whole situation breaks down. Because even if we were to look at it as an all-encompassing "damage up" the total damage increment is actually 121%. They're multiplicative on each other, not additions or subtractions.

Damage boost CEs are considered a Powermod. Anti-trait buffs are considered a powermod. Only those SE effects on NPs that are not a buff are considered "special mod". The ones like Robin's NP where he gets 200~250% SE mod against enemies with Poison.

Didn't hit hard pity, but still took ~240 pulls. Jesus.

So which missions are time-limited? I know the one to put Billy/Inshun/etc into the front-line are, but is there any need to complete OC1 or do class score if I'm fine with waiting to redeem that quartz later anyway?
Okay stupid question, but just to make sure all the time limited anniversary missions are in the fourth tab of the missions right? If I got 35/35 I'm not overlooking anything in the other tabs? I did check those just in case, but I know one was bugged or something so I'm not sure if I might've missed that one due to not being able to read the language. By the way what are those tabs called anyways? I'd guess daily, weekly, permanent (unless I missed something and not all of those are permanent of course) and event or special missions.
I'm still over here like, "why did they choose these Servants in particular for the anni missions"
Perhaps the biggest mystery of our time
