I actually can't remember when something in my brain clicked and I went "Oh, I actually don't care about this story anymore". I think it must have been sometime in the vast gap between Traum and LB7.

I'd like them to refund all the Servant Coins I spent making grails whilst thinking that we won't get any more Append skills that'll consume Servant Coins (though, it was to be expected that it would happen).

I want them to remove the coin cost for Append skills and level 120 altogether, and have the coins be used for something else, like the grail casting or even a shop.

I realized halfway through my Destiny Order picks I have almost everyone I want besides some non-meta Servants and was wondering if it was really worth the paid SQ. But I pulled anyway and got Kama. Can’t really complain, she likes me. Got Girlin from my GSSR as well, which is exactly what I wanted, though summer Skadi would’ve been nice too.

I don't mind lvl 120 and Appends being coin-locked. Going past lvl 100 and/or unlocking all Appends *are* extremely optional endeavors that show one really likes a Servant enough to blindly whale for them.

What I do mind is that they don't even try to get everything sorted out ahead of time. The entire structure of Servant Coins assume that one would only ever spend on the first 3 Appends and lvl 120 at most, even the welfares give coins that indicate so. Then they add 2 more Appends that also uses coins and don't even offer a way for players to slowly accrue coins (not including Bond) for their favorite Servants. The whole update is whack when it looks even more cashgrabby than it should.

Yes, it basically gives 1~3 charges of 1CDR that can be used on each skill. It's really massively insane on Buster Servants more than non-Buster Servants. Biggest example is Arc being able to double Koyan of Light + Oberon now.

I wish they had added all 5 Appends on release. People would mald over needing NP8 + Bond 15 to max everything instead of NP6 but it'd have been over and done with way earlier on. And with less kerfuffle given how people can already prioritize their Append unlocks on Day 1.

That's the first anniversary I decided to skip watching, and I am not disappointed by my choice. It's crazy how lazy they are, inserting yet another swimsuit Servant into the anniversary slot.

Had they given us all 5 Appends initially, some decisions would’ve been very easy for certain Servants. I would much prefer CDR over Mana Loading in many cases.

Tiamat can support with S3 every turn now, not very useful but kinda funny
And Tamamo can now double her turn 3 buffs if you manage to fire her NP 2 times
There are 2 casters on SQ list, if they give her a charging buff of some sort
There is non-zero chance we're entering Tamamo Meta

My personal somewhat optimistic guess for all this unfathomable greed and rugpulling is simply because this game is headed for EoS by the end of 2025, and they're already working on a new client or new game for their next big gacha to replace it. There's just no point in improving the game in any meaningful way any more, and Lasengle is checking off all big list of demands, breaking all emergency glasses and just milking the last drop of yen from the players.
