I need them to write a novel first.
I said I'd settle for an interlude for each of the remaining pre-Part 2 Servants, and not even any of the swimsuit ones because that would just be silly. That should be the following
- Shiki (normal and Void)
- Nobbu
- First Hassan
- Merlin
- Musashi
- BB
- Melt
- Kiara
- Ereshkigal
That is quite a few I'll admit, but it's nowhere near 200.

Oh yeah for sure, the only reason for a rerun would be either Taisui, or if you really wanted to take custom island screenshots which I really doubt is the case for anyone sane
Sorry, I should have checked for a reply before making that edit. Still, that's only 9 interludes (10 if you don't count Void). That's not much more than what was the norm in the earlier interlude campaigns. And they wouldn't even need to attach skill/NP upgrades to them.
I want Interlude to come back because Interlude strengthening feels like the only solution to the Geronimo problem
For Geronimo I think they'd first need someone with a better idea of how to strengthen him, because their last attempt at it was just sad.
That's the Geronimo Problem, he literally has nothing so giving 1 regular buff doesn't help him in any way, so he absolutely needs several. Right now they only do buffs for event Servants, and his appearances are too rare for us to rely on those I feel, despite featuring in Kazuradrop's event. So for now, my cope is that he'll get an Interlude which buffs one of his remaining skill, and maybe he'll get one in the eventual Strange Fake collab. That way, no matter what the buffs entail, he'll at least have a usable skillset
Was there ever stated there is a Moon Cell in OC3? Pretty sure the observation light was Hakunon's thing, not BB Dubai's.

Tsukihime 2 Prelude III
Not in OC3 itself, but BB Cosmos says it was there in her bond lines- she says it was present but never discovered until Dubai took control of it (though she was still built on Earth and not by the Moon Cell). It might be something from an earlier version of the story like what Castoria had with her Merlin line, but as things are we have no direct evidence otherwise.
The observation light part itself was all Hakunon, or so it would seem.
Musashi and Nobbu are not getting an interludes. Nobbu gets an event every year, and Musashi is 100% done.

Yeah there was no Moon Cell in OC3 so BB Cosmos' line doesn't make sense.
I can only assume then that it was part of an earlier draft of the story they changed and forgot to make sure the new voice lines reflected it.
And even if we take out Nobbu and Musashi from that list, 7 interludes is still something that shouldn't be too difficult for the writers to do. After all, there's only (as far as we know) no more than two OCs left before the finale so they don't have that much else to do for most of the year.

Nasu favoritism. But as I said, even if she never comes back and therefore can't be justified as being worthy of an interlude that still leaves 7 servants from 2015-2016 without interludes (give or take one Shiki depending on whether you count her as one Servant or two).
Sure, there's a Mikiya sprite in FGO's library now, so might as well do a little Shiki interlude.

Look at your list, realize how many of those are Nasu Servants, and accept it's never going to happen.
