The Ordeal Calls were just poorly veiled attempts to give some justification to this latest shiny gameplay system, so why would they make one when the actual Foreigner Class Score is already given out? It won't happen. Or think about it from the other way around, why would they make Grand Marie give out this Class Score if they had a Foreigner OC in the works anyway? The only logical conclusion is that the Foreigner OC is not happening.

What would even the point of that be at this point? They don't need to hide anything to stall FGO's ending. Never have.

Yeah this is my guess, with maybe bastet-hastur wandering around it does feel like they're setting up for something foreigner related stuff, its just either meteo dragging his feet or he wrote the santa abby event and decided to go on vacation again while another guest writer is covering foreigner lmao

I really wonder why they felt necessary to use those quests as hints for whatever the endgame is. Is Antarctica that long that Nasu wants to put as many things out there first as he can?

Personally I just don't believe they wouldn't have had the foresight of not teasing more Abby content during the last 3 months if the schedule was so bad they had to scrap a whole OC. Admittedly this is maybe giving them too much credit considering their scheduling tendencies, but I'll be coping for now at least

It should be noted that her name here uses a spelling of grand/ground, that's generally only found (with the same double meaning) in Yugioh's Neo-Spacian Grand Mole. The previous Elements also match Neo-Spacian Flare Scarab and Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin's spellings, and the gimmick of the Neo-Spacian cards is fusing with knockoff Ultraman, so the similarity feels very intentional.

It's 喜怒哀楽 in Japanese, which is a stereotypical listing of the "humours" in their culture (and Chinese too, I imagine). And yes, 喜 (happiness) and 楽 (comfort/fun) feel like they weirdly overlap, even there. Note how similarly goofy Aqua Marie and Grand Marie were. I guess that's just how it is.

Couldn't beat the Grand Marie quest first try either. I flailed around the first 5 waves trying to kill the rock-dropping thingies, thinking that it works like last time where it can be used on the last wave, but really what should've been done is just to prioritize rushing to shave off Olga's bar. Also, don't bring Sabers I guess.

I was thinking briefly about why this latest Olga Quest wasn't Anger, but instead Happiness. In case you don't remember, Aqua Marie all but states that the next Olga Quest is going to be Anger, not Happiness. I think this must have to do with their terrible scheduling. Obviously OC3 wasn't ever meant to be OC3, since OC4 was originally positioned with that label. There are probably revelations in OC4 that you are required to know before they can show you Anger. Not that it's of any big consequence.
