That's new to me, I always thought Saber Nero was a full grown adult.

Though the Servant being younger doesn't necessarily means that's how she looked when she died.

To my memory Nero is vaguely supposed to be Hakuno’s age and in their late teens during EXTRA and such. There’s gags contrasting that with Tamamo being in her late 20s and being older than Nero to go with that.

Her OG EXTRA backstory is very historical and says she became emperor at 17 in 54 AD and dies in 68 AD.

Septem has her show up exactly like her Saber version at Age 23. This is either a limitation of FGO back then to not have a unique Sprite or I’m misremembering her in EXTRA and she’s always been early 20s-ish.

Lilim Harlot makes mention that she dies young and her new form is older than that. Warco here says she’s supposed to look 22-ish.

Somebody messed up somewhere unless WARCO misspoke or Draco’s timeline is just weird.
