I am very pleased to report that, contrary to popular belief, the sky isn't falling. I just NP'd with Saber Hokusai and earned 0 critical stars from doing. And with that, balance is restored.

Arjuna Alter is not particularly gamebreaking though?
I mean he is bullshit strong if you happen to have $$$ NP and one or two lb kaleido's along with him

He did a good job breaking the Gil/Ishtar Fest, pretty much most people's recommendation to beat some of the challenges were "Use Godjuna LOL".

I'm not sure how it escaped DW's mind that the Anti-Evil buff and that Buster Star Absorb that reaches the level of EAM was not a stupidly broken combination to give to a Berserker. And then they released Chen Gong to finish the job.

But then again they're the same ones who released Super Human Orion and his bullshit crits, so yeah...

I really don't see the problem here myself as well. Whilst, there was a glowing recommendation to use Arjuna Alter most of last GilFes' exhibition matches, it wasn't particularly meta-defining or world-breaking. You could get less optimal results with other Servants but you're not completely breaking the current team setup much like when Merlin or Skadi came along, shifting the builds entirely towards X or Y direction.

Also, making power level comparisons in a game where you're not able to directly or indirectly compete with other people's power level is just wish fulfillment. After all, most are usable. Just some are more niche than others in the use case but whenever they come up... Snek Goddesses combo and such and such.

It feels weird to do that when barely anything is known about him. Like his ingame profile would have to be super empty to avoid spoiling the future of the LN. Even just his skills and NP could be potential spoilers.

I'm honestly on the fence about leakers. On one hand, it lets us talk about the game even during downtimes like this. On the other, I like surprises. Who doesn't? As long as the surprise isn't "We're gonna be closing the game down in a month's time! Surprise!"-kind of negative connotation.

They could do the berserker Kintoki thing for his profile and talk about the character's personality instead of its background

The way I look at it, if it's the kind of information that we'd get/know instantly anyway (character skills, art, who's in the banner, etc) then it's the same level of surprise either way. Story spoilers I can understand wanting to wait for it to unfold in front of you.

Two questions.

1. Do you want me to copypaste the event info to the first post on the first page of Info thread?
2. Do you guys want me to make a google spreadsheet to crowdsource mission requirements? Of course, thiis point will be moot, if DW pulls another Apocrypha-style collab.

I don't think something as ephemeral as an event should go into an OP of a general help thread imo. But I guess would be a fine thing to do if you go back and remove it (or if you can manage to organize event-specific info with spoiler tags and the like so they don't get in the way of the essential advice) once the event ends.

And I also think someone will create a thread for the event itself and the spreadsheet would be more at home there.
