I rolled Morgan and never been happier

But now my account keeps unbinding itself on my phone for some reason.

I also have Eresh on LV100 too.

Every time I login, I need to bind it to my phone again like crazy. It all started with a wrong button press on startup at the wrong gmail account.

Been wanting to contact support for this but my ineptitude on jp language prevents me from reaching to them.

Can't even translate "account keeps unbinding on my phone" right.

Will test out tonight if I can keep my account bound to my phone by playing through one chapter, creating a bind code, exit and enter the game again.

If not, I'll need volunteers who want my account. I'm at Avalon Le Fae btw.

If you cannot translate a sentence, just reorganize your message and make it simple like "i can't bind my account" or something like that.

They're seeing they'll try to restore your account, and don't promise they'll succeed, but before they try you have fill out as much account information as you remember (last login, quartz amount, prisms amount, Grail usage history, etc) to prove the account is really yours.

Is it concerning that if I lost my account that that would be a tough thing to fill out? I can remember some, although at this point the Level 120 ones are more memorable and not just because there's fewer of them but also because my level 100 start to be just Servants I like instead of the ones I like a lot.

Wow these things are tough too, I never pay much attention to how much Quartz I got until I roll, since I'm mostly saving. Rare or mana prisms is also tough to guess from the top of my head since I stopped caring about mana prisms after reaching about 10k and now I'm over 50k and Grails... Well back to the problem from above I guess, although I usually go for 100 so they're kinda the same issue.

Gotta to be very careful to never mess up binding my account I guess.

You could roll for 1* and 2* servants with various NP levels and keep them in archive, the unique combination could make it easier to prove it's yours.

Something like, keep 2 x NP3 Sansons, 1 x NP5 Leonidas, etc

All of this would stop being an issue if they added a proper account system like most gatcha games have nowadays. I doubt they even care about adding one at this point of the game though, but one can dream.

Good to know that they are lenient.

Can't say I lost my account since I created a new bind code before my phone unbound my account, unless that someone knows how to hack in my notes and see my bind code along with my password, which now that I think about it, is my worst case scenario.
