Nasu said that the resolution is a year away from 7th anniversary and there could be 7.5.
So I assume the Part 2 ending is on 8th anniversary.

ive been convinced to raise Xu Fu

not by her skills, which is still super nice and i find fortunately can replace paracelsus who was already bond 10 for quite some time

but by the sheer power of her beyblade animation

my vlad is somehow really strong and easy to loop with

then i realize i blazed through all the strengthening quest and he had, like, 2-3 in the span of my absence

is he still one of the top tier ST damage tier even now or is this yet another case of me not knowing there's even more busted unit already for his role

He has had a few Buffs in general.

One to his Guts skill that makes it stack with other Guts and increase NP Gain and then last year, he got another NP Buff but more in the sense of fixing his multiplier. The first one he got was to bring him to what a unbuffed ST Arts NP should have and the second one was to bring to what a Buffed one should have.

He has being a monster ever since Castoria came out of course.

Post-buff, Vlad is one of those rare cases where he does almost everything well. He has steroid, he has drain, he has NP charge, he has damage mitigation (crucial on Zerkers), he has hard survivability with double Guts, he has star bomb via NP and his NP is now normal buffed NP values instead of the scuffed first buffed values he had before that was most other Servants' pre-buffed values. It even refunds stupidly well for an ST NP.

The only thing he doesn't do well is gathering the stars but he's shitting enough stars out that it becomes less of a problem. Plus, a 2030 CE or two can boost the post-NP turn's star situation even more to make it more reliable.

His skills are simple and on-paper rather mediocre, but his powerful NP carries him a long way.

Genshin made me sure I roll for Dehya and Nahida with free Collei, broken Dendro Traveler at mid-max EM and one Dori to look out for.

i see the term thrown left and right everytime somebody review a servant in the internet

Never heard of it but maybe in this context they just mean the maximum amount of damage that servant can output
