Like I said we already knew fox is there, so what's the point of bringing it up again if Orion's target is fox?

Maybe I'm just sick of Nasu's 1001 times of fox beast hints that I'm allergic to those, but I hope it turns out to be another Beast and not fox.

Inb4 Orion and Daybit's Grand got summoned because VI pop up in their LBs, but it hightailed off there as soon as they sensed Arthur's approach so now there are many Grands everywhere that don't know what's going on LOL

Now being serious, what I'm curious about is Arthur's circumstances because chasing down VI should be the job of a Grand but Arthur's situation is so special, should he be Grand Saber? a substitute? a Grand Saber from a parallel world so we'll have GS Artoria fight alongside him? will his story culminate with him officially becoming GS?
I really wish they'll stop dragging Arthur/VI's storyline any longer

Depends on whether they're actually making Quirinus into literally Romulus' divine self or not. If Quirinus is a different deity fusing by syncretism then it's the same as Scathach=Skadi. I actually don't know if they call Skadi a Pseudo but it's just as bad to me, regardless of the correct terminology.
Honestly, even if it is him as a god, I don't him to be a Grand. Grands should be Heroic Spirits only, no technicalities.

Quirinus. That is the name of an olden god purported to be among the ranks of Jupiter, the Supreme Being spoken of in Roman Mythology, and Mars, the God of War. This anecdote was spread to the people of Rome, and this olden god was born again as a new god who became unified with the King of Nation Founding.

So it could just as well be both Syncretism and Divine self. Skadi is dumb, I agree, but they were a fusion by LB Odin (through Doylist SMT memes). Oh well, we'll see what happens.

Quirinus is probably an adjective meaning "wielder of the spear" (quiris, in the Sabine language, cf. Janus Quirinus).

Romulus is a Lancer because of the legend of his spear turning into a tree. That's a real life legend. His character in general is heavely based on "The Life of Romulus" from Plutarch's Parallel Lives. Both the lance-tree and Quirinus stuff are definitely taken from that book, those sections of the profile are almost summaries of it.
What's more, the parallel live to Romulus is Theseus, and his ship's paradox that Theseus makes a reference on Circe's interlude also comes from Plutarch, so Theseus will most likely be based on this work too.

For clarification on what an equals sign in a Servant's name actually means

The interpunct ・ (中黒, nakaguro, "middle black") or "katakana middle dot" (as the Unicode consortium calls it) is a small dot used for interword separation. It is also known as nakapochi, nakapotsu and nakaten. It has a fixed width that is the same as most kana characters.

To separate foreign words and names when written in kana: パーソナル・コンピューター (personal computer), and occasionally for Japanese names, particularly when there would otherwise be confusion as to where one name ends and another begins (in creative writing, especially manga and light novels when transcribing proper nouns, there's a fad of substituting the interpunct with an equal sign, a white star or any other "fitting" symbol)
