I have Skadi so I'll just beat her with Okita once I can actually do the fight but I'm still stuck playing Monopoly, unfortunately.
So do you have to complete the duels to get all the tokens? I always clear them by winning 3 in a row but are you supposedly to purposely throw them or something?
Nah, you get them all regardless of how you win.
But it always forces me to restart from the Achilles battle after I win 3 battles and it doesn't allow me to do the others
You get them all if you win 3 fights, it doesn't matter which fights you win as long as you win 3. If you want to see more scenes, you have to lose some of the battles.
If you are still missing coins, you probably have to get them from the board. Remember that some require you to land on a square five times to get.
They probably are on the board then. I was sort of hoping they might be in some of the duels I missed and not the board because I'm tired of Galopy.
Just check the the board for the squares with two token symbols. You only get them on the 5th time you stop there.

If there's a circle in a square and it's still orange, then you haven't obtained that coin.
