My email to them was very crap filled google translate japanese.
In the end they sent me an automatic response in about 2 days telling me to send them a bunch of info. They give you a list to fill out (stuff like master level, friend code, servant team and things like when you started the app), but you can always put unknown for the stuff you don't know.
For me its my 4th day still waiting on another response
