I assumed she found a reason to write again; was the moral of the story just 'It's okay not to?' I assume there was some reason that Kimono Sei made all those grumpy faces in front of Cream Tower Sei.

Oh, no, Nagiko is still retired and will most likely stay that way. That point was never really called into question by the story. The event was set on Murasaki’s dream, so the villain is Murasaki’s idea of Sei Shounagon coming back to personally humiliate her, but the real Nagiko is nothing like that. Sure, Nagiko most definitely did blame Murasaki, Raikou and their ilk for Teishi’s death and she felt indeed very tempted to take the avenger route, but ultimately she was emotionally mature enough to understand that Teishi loved that cheerful and constantly upbeat Nagiko, not self-destructive grudge monster and turning into one wouldn’t help Teishi rest in peace, so she vehemently refused to be unhappy and moved on with the rest of her life as far away from that damned court as possible.

The moral was never about Nagiko’s life choices, it was just Murasaki needlessly causing problems for herself by assuming the worst out of people she never really interacted with.

I'm just running Kintoki, Merlin, Skadi. You don't need the Quick buff if you got a strong support and a strong damage dealer.

None of the current raids have mats I'm all that interested in, but Shakespeare is the worst with 2 silver mats I have already maxed out on.

At minimum, don't Skadi and Waiver provide the similar benefit, i.e., 50% NP Charge and 30% ATK Up/Def Down? Unless you need Quick damage or party-wide NP Charge. Like, I've been using Skadi for JAlter instead of Waiver.

Waver has damage +500 on every hit but it is a very minor point. The real difference is that enemies can sometimes guard against Skadi's defense down and Waver doesn't need to worry about that.
