i believe the effects on da vinci's np are a split chance between stars, np charge/attack up for party

stars are a bit odd for her cause she has no other crit support in her kit but for no demerit these are really good

The NP is always Buster. 20-40% NP buff, then single target Buster attack, then activating a different effect depending on the color of the random bullet. Green generates 30 stars, blue is a party-wide 20% battery, and red is 20% Charisma.

Nah, a sea serpent, it's right there in the NP name and she also calls it sea serpent on her attack voice lines
My guess is that its one of the many sea monsters Poseidon had in the myths, and knowing the Greek Gods are mechas maybe is an off shoot made of its main body?
There is a legend that's part of the Argonauts journey in which at Troy Herc and Telamon defeated one of Poseidon's sea monsters and rescued a princess, maybe its that one?

Yeah, that was my first impression as well so I tried paying extra attention to catch if she ever yells Poseidon but nope, only Sea Serpent
I'm sure anyway that the resemblance must have been done on purpose though
