Less shitpostatically, I've kinda been giving bond points to my new free Tamamo, and Erice keeps looping her NP without me even trying to set it up. This is getting out of hand.
Erice's NP having an instadeath effect that applies before the others would conceivably mess up loops, no?

While that's true, her instadeath is only 30%. That's Archer Arjuna levels. Her third skill rises it of +100%, but you can just avoid to use it in normal farming

Don't use her on nodes which contain bronze mobs then. But it's not like Lancers are hungry for loopers anyway, in fact, it's probably the most looper stacked class there is so it's no great loss.
Watch as he comes out with some asinine kit like 50% Arts Up + 50% NP Gen Up + NP Regeneration
what if he's just SSR Chen Gong
some yet unexplored areas for support casters I can think of off the top of my head would be:
card filtering, like what we see on BB and Casino lady, on a proper support body
extra card buff, complete with 'extra always crits'. Might work better combined with card filtering
buff that reverses class affinity
atk buff that inversely scales with HP, allowing pirate girl strats on everyone
big attack buff coubled with big crit down that rewards you for not critting
card resistance buffs on player servants
sealing specific cards on enemies, making them for example always use their multi-hit quick and give you meter
flipping all attack/defense buffs into the other on enemies and allies
passing slayer buffs (eg. 100% atk vs. divine) onto other servants while being unable to do much damage themselves (this is a good way to create a lot of specialist casters)
prolonging buff duration by 1 turn (tamamo kind of does this but not really)
cutting enemy buff duration by X turns
moving buffs from one servant onto another (probably just specific ones)
stealing enemy buffs
'can't be crit' buff, or just crit resistance
generally balancing with downsides is unexplored territory, make the debuffs unremovable and we gucci
limited servant switching, such as 'if anybody is left of the back line, this caster moves into back of the formation upon using their NP'
so yeah he's probably crit tamamo

Yes, it would definitely screw things up unless her NP gain is so obscene that she can afford to not have one of her enemies there.
Tamamo is Turtle support. Nero Bride is Loop support.
Loopers in general, yeah, but I think the only other Arts looper for Lancer is Melt, right?
