I'd have to compare the cases but I think Formalcraft will beat out Heaven's Feel for Medea due to Rule Breaker's low for an Arts NP modifier.Originally Posted by Nikiri

It only boosts NP damage, not buffs. Good on someone who doesn't get much from Overcharge and can reliably get 100% by 3 waves.

Kind of pointless unless you're still struggling to generate NP charge.
Edit: Now if the NP really benefits from Overcharge, then yeah go for it. An example would be Tamamo's or Jeanne's if you want to improve the ally NP boost or regen ticks, respectively. Of course this requires you to have at least a level 2 NP, otherwise it's not worth using.

As you can see here, it is fantastic if you want to stack Andersen's NP.
But it's probably more about ratios on different servants. You may be unable to get just there in time. Try it out.

I'm just now remembering how much of a hassle it is to farm for exp and ascension items, since i stopped playing before the event. And the event brought me back and now I get to suffer all over again after the event.

I haven't gotten a single CE drop in this event. I do get a lot of pumpkins and other necessary mats though.
This must be because of the cooldown effect of the Dango and Nero event.

I've gotten a Maid in Halloween but would have preferred a Halloween Princess. Currently just alternating between 30 AP and the 40 AP based on whether I have a support that can boost Pumpkin drops or not.

I got exactly 2 Maids and 1 Princess on the first day and hasn't gotten another drop since despite spamming 10 apples. Sure I bought the rest, but by now I'm starting to think this game's got an even more twisted sadistic streak than I do.
